This article reproduces the Youth Manifesto against Islamophobia, recently published in the frame of the work of the project YES – Youth Empowerment Support for Muslim Communities.
The YES project is led by the Italian association Fondazione L’Albero della Vita, in collaboration with Le Reseau, and Progetto Aisha, and co-funded by the European programme REC-Rights, Equality and Citizenship. The aim of the project is to prevent Islamophobia in Italy and Europe by raising awareness and involving young people in the fight against Islamophobia.
The Manifesto is the result of the International Youth Forum against Islamophobia held last September in Rome.
